1 Pkg. Lemon Supreme Cake mix (Duncan Hines recipe for pound cake or pudding cake)
1 Pkg. regular or instant vanilla pudding
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tall can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large container Cool Whip
Coconut, shredded
Almonds, sliced
Mix and bake cake in a large cake pan (jellyroll pan) as directed.
Mix pudding according to directions and add to cream cheese. Spread on cooled cake.
Drain pineapple and spread over pudding mix. Spread layer of large Cool whip over pineapple. Sprinkle coconut and sliced almonds over top.
